Please give me a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to give me a heads up, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you “no show” for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. I WILL NOT BE WAIVING THAT FEE ANYMORE! Same day bookings will not be permitted reschedules or cancellations. If you can not make the appointment you will be marked as "no show" and charged the full scheduled service fee. No Exceptions!
Although I sympathize with illness and family emergencies, I cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.
If you arrive late (less than 10min), I will still accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and/or rescheduled for another date and time. You will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee as well. No Exceptions!
If you wait more than 4 weeks to get a fill and book a refill appointment there will be an upcharge fee (based on the work needed to revive lashes), as most people’s lashes last 3-5 weeks with proper care.
You are expected to have NO LESS THAN 30% OF YOUR LASHES WHEN BOOKING REFILL APPOINTMENTS OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO UP CHARGE THE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE!
If you schedule a refill with existing extensions from another person or salon you will be charged as a “New Client Retouch Fill” (see price menu)
When coming in for a refill PLEASE REMOVE ALL MAKEUP FROM THE EYE AREA. Lash Baths are NOT A FREE SERVICE! If I have to give you one during your appointment you will be charged extra!
Children are asked to remain in the treatment room with you during your service. If you want to make the most of your time at my salon, it would be best for you to leave your children with another care taker or bring something to occupy them while they wait. I am not equipped to provide child care or entertainment.
Face Masks are required when entering the salon and through out the common areas! I will always wear one during your appointments so you are free to remove yours inside my suite!
Up charges are determined at the time of the appointment so that will not be shown or reflected in your prices at the time of booking.
